China Visa Instructions

U.S. citizens visiting Hong Kong SAR for a short tour, or business visit can stay in Hong Kong for 90 days without applying for visas.

Japanese Passport Holders with a stay in China of less then 14 days do not require a visa. If the stay is more then 15 days you are required to have a visa.

Requirement Documents for Business trip / Tourism:

Valid/signed passport (valid 6 months with a blank page for visa)

Green card (if you are not U.S. citizen, a copy of your Green card is acceptable) or valid re-entry visa to the United States of America

Official invitation originating from the Chinese Provincial Government (for multiple entry business visa applicants only)
